Former gallerist and perennial art lover Helen Y. West and art student Jesse Osarro take a moment to acknowledge BlackArtistNews on June 16, 2012 at the 8th Annual Lake Meadows Art Fair in Chicago. West was the organizer of the two-day event which featured the work of Osarro, a visual artist and student at the Chicago School for the Arts (ChiArts) who is a definitely a talent to take note of.
